A two-day immersive for high-performing women who have hired the CPA, bought the courses — and still feel stuck.
You are accomplished. You are generous. You are the woman others come to.
And still — when it comes to money, there is a quiet tension. A spreadsheet you've been avoiding. A rate you know is too low. A vision for what's next that you keep deferring because you can't quite see how to step out of billable hours long enough to build it.
You've done the work most people would do. You've hired the professionals. You've taken the courses. You've read the books. And somehow the bank account doesn't reflect what you've built — or what you're capable of building.
Wealth, Water & Wellness is the room where that finally changes. A two-day immersive held by a licensed psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience and a CPA and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with over fifteen — friends, and the rare pairing who put the inner work and the outer work on the same table, in the same weekend.
We come together at the water's edge to slow down, tell the truth, and leave with a clearer mindset, a real plan, and the dollar amounts to back it up.
The women who come into this room are some of the most accomplished in their fields. They are also quietly carrying patterns that cost them their next chapter. We work with two distinct profiles.
You're brilliant at what you do. The clients come, the work is meaningful, and you are deeply skilled. But the operational and financial infrastructure underneath your business hasn't caught up to who you've become.
You're losing patients, clients, and time because the systems aren't built. You may have a "side hustle" that's really a full-time thing being run on the side — and your real work is suffering for it. You know what you don't know, and it's keeping you smaller than you should be.
You are charging well. You are working hard. By every external measure, you've made it. And yet there's a fear running underneath every decision — that it could disappear, that it isn't enough, that you have to keep grinding to hold it in place.
You overwork because you're afraid to spend. You undercharge because you're afraid to lose. You have a vision for what's next — and you can't seem to step out of working IN the business long enough to work ON the vision. Strategy alone hasn't moved you, because the block isn't strategy.
This isn't an immersive where you go home with a journal full of insights and no idea what to do with them. You leave with tools that hold when life triggers the old patterns — and the dollars to show for it.
A guided look at the beliefs, patterns, and protections that have been quietly driving every financial decision — and what you're finally ready to release.
Tangible somatic and mindset practices you can return to whenever the angst, fear, guilt, or old narratives surface as you sit down with your money. The tools that keep your nervous system on your side — so engaging with your finances becomes something you can actually keep doing, week after week.
What you actually need — personally and in your business — to run your household. Not what you think or feel you need. The real number, on paper.
An honest look at where you're under-pricing, over-discounting, or cutting deals that cost you more than they pay. Specific corrections you can implement immediately.
A repeatable practice that stops the avoidance — so when you sit down with your numbers, the anxiety, guilt, and shame are no longer in the way.
Who is on your board table — therapist, coach, accountant, tax professional, the circle that holds you accountable. You're not doing this alone after you leave here.
A 30-day post-immersive check-in to make sure the plan actually moves from page to practice — and a private circle of women who understand what you carry.
The inner work is the foundation. But this is also a financial immersive — and the numbers underneath each of our signature tools are real. Here is what we typically see.
Most women in this room are either overcharging their lifestyle or underestimating what they actually need. Getting clear on this number typically reveals one to three thousand dollars a month in unnecessary spending that can be immediately redirected toward what actually matters.
A single pricing correction — restructuring rates, repackaging offers, ending the deals that cost more than they pay — can mean tens of thousands more annually without adding a single new client. The block is rarely demand. The block is the belief underneath the price.
Women who don't know their numbers are typically losing five hundred to two thousand dollars a month in unbilled time, uncollected invoices, and untracked expenses. A consistent, anxiety-free practice closes that gap fast.
This is the biggest one. The women who walk into this room are routinely leaving six figures on the table — the app they haven't built, the passive income stream they haven't launched, the expansion they haven't pursued — because they are too overwhelmed and unclear to move. Getting unstuck isn't a small number.
These are conservative ranges drawn from real client outcomes. Your specific numbers will be developed with you, in the room, over the course of the two days.
We open the container, settle into the body, and begin the honest conversation about what's been keeping you from taking action.
We take what surfaced on day one and translate it into something you'll leave with in your hand.
